3. Canada is land of immigrants from all over the world.
Immigration started in 16th century during expeditions by British and French.
In 1867, the province of Canada joined with two other British colonies, New Brunswick
and Nova Scotia through confederation, forming a self-governing entity named Canada.
New Foundland and Labrador joined Canada in 1949.
In 1931, by passing of the statute of Westminster, Canada recognized as co-equal to
United Kingdom.
Canada consists of ten provinces and three territories.

4. Canada is made up entirely of immigrants and it is run by immigrants.
Canada treat everyone equally, not like the Arab and Communist countries.
Canada learnt from their mistakes such as Komagata Maru incident, Head
Tax on Chinese, containment of Germans, Japanese origin Canadians into
champs during world war 2.
Canada parliament issued apology to above issues which enhance the faith
of immigrants toward Canada.

5. Multiculturalism is a government policy recognizing and promoting all
cultural groups that live in Canada.
Pierre Trudeau’s government adopted multiculturalism policy in 1971 to
create a fair and just society, not a society where just English and French
speakers were considered as true Canadians.
Canadian Multiculturalism Act recognizes equality rights regardless of race,
religion, and recognizes minorities' rights to enjoy their cultures.

and share their cultures.
Canada is one of the best place where different societies from all over the
world live together.
This helps individual to learn tolerance towards other cultures which

then the meal provided to them should be Halal.
Giving respect to each religious faith of employee is challenge in multicultural society
such as Muslim employees needs to pray in afternoon and in evening as per their religion
so being an employer, its duty to respect everyone’s faith without discrimination.
