What is RPA?
•Modern companies face a constant need to increase
both employee productivity and digital
competitiveness
•However, many standard workflows remain riddled
with time-consuming manual tasks.
•These manual tasks eat away at an employee’s
ability to focus on more complex tasks.
•To solve this problem, Robotic Process
Automation, or “RPA” , emerged in the early
2000s.
Purpose of having RPA?
•Automate these traditional Manual Tasks using a program
called “robot”
•These “robots” are designed to imitate a human user when
carrying out their designated talks (this is called process).
What is it with “process”?
•The process can include interacting with open applications,
extracting data, and even manipulating the computer mouse
•By completing these processes, bots have the ability to save
employee time and increase the efficiency of repetitive tasks,
because they can be performed both faster and more
reliably
Why MuleSoft RPA?
•MuleSoft RPA was designed with the user in mind.
•MuleSoft RPA achieves by employing a single unified platform to manage
the full RPA lifecycle
•This approach enables companies to develop, manage, and monitor
every deployed robot all in one place.
•Most importantly! Can be automated using clicks not code .
•That means that individuals who are familiar with the task, but don’t have
coding skills, can automate the process without having to wait on IT.
