3. Sanskrit word mudra is transited as ‘gesture’ or
attitude.
This is psychic , emotional ,devotional and aesthetic
Gesture or attitude.
Mudra is the energy flow link individual pranic force
with universal or cosmic force.
Also define as seal short cut or circuit bypass.
This is the combination of subtle physical movement
which alter mood ,attitude and perception and which
deepen awareness and concentration.
Mudras are higher practices which lead to awakening
of the pranas chakras and kundalini .
