  • #9 No need to demonstrate – talk through the slide. Find the item – click “request item” Next – this continues (logging into your library account)
  • #10 Again – just talk through the slide Next – renewing books
  • #11 You will get an automatic email sent to your university email a few days before the book is due to be returned to remind you to either return it or renew it. Therefore it is important to get into the habit of checking your University Email every day If someone has requested the book then you will not be able to renew it Keep an eye on your Library account so as not to rack up a lot of charges If you have £20 or more charges on your account it will be locked BUT – no one wants this to happen – so – if that situation looks like it might happen then get in touch with the Library straight away so we can help you. Next - SUMMON
  • #12 Explain the difference between Summon and The Library Catalogue Explain about accessing off campus Depending on time --- Demonstrate or Get them on it or Get them following the demonstration Search for “legionella” Show refining tools Next – Library Subject Guides
