This document discusses communicating through different mediums and technologies. It provides statistics from a 2009 survey of Mt Roskill Grammar students showing that most have home computer and internet access. A 2011 survey of 190 students found that 65% use an online learning platform to support their learning outside of class, 50% use it to communicate with classmates, and 46% to communicate with teachers. Student feedback suggests they enjoyed using technology and going outside the normal classroom.
