Mr. Happy lived a seemingly perfect life with a beautiful family, nice home, and high-paying job in Delhi, India. However, he suffered a severe heart attack at age 30, which he realized was caused by his hectic lifestyle of long work hours with little sleep. After the heart attack, he committed to improving his self-care by prioritizing 8 hours of sleep per night, daily exercise, and writing in a diary each day and night to reinforce healthy habits and strengthen his heart. As a result of these lifestyle changes, he feels happy and healthy again.
