5. How does the Management Students decide on their job preference without compromising their Passionate job and
Family, Society expectations?
TOP 3 IDEAS
1) The most Practical idea: Earn money initially to live what society wants and use the money to start the
job you are passionate about at later stage of your life.
As this options gives the advantage of both the conflicting requirements at two level. Initially take up a job which gives
high lucrative and comfortable life where the students can meet the society expectations and get the rich experience and
money to start up their passionate job at later stage where by the time most of things in life is getting settled and his/her
parents would be no more alive.
2) The most Disruptive idea: Creating a company with group of entrepreneur
As this options needs a big investment (with self sustainable business model) from the individual/govt. to startup the
company which act as a platform for the students to work on their passionate job and at the same time the company
offering high salaries to lead a comfortable life that society wants.
3) My Favorite idea: Look for a Passionate job that pays you more to lead comfortable life and near by
home
As this options give you the flexibility to decide the job profile which you are interested and pays you
more. But it depends on your luck and where you are currently located (city). But this option is the most
suitable for any students who get this opportunity.
