Mr. Happy lived a busy but seemingly perfect life until he suffered a severe heart attack at age 30, which he realized was caused by his hectic lifestyle of long work hours and little sleep. With the help of doctors and a life coach, he overhauled his schedule to prioritize 8 hours of sleep per night, daily exercise, and writing in a diary each day about how to strengthen his heart. Now following a healthier routine, his heart is stronger and he feels truly happy from within.
