providing clearance for commissioning based on that criteria.
 Organizing weekly meetings to discuss the issues which had violated the
procedures.
 Quality gate, Quality wall, Quality Flash & One point lesion following gates
to be implement against major incidents and repeated problems
 As a commissioning quality inspector make a startup meeting held up with
