The implementation of each idea of the manual should be coordinated with the local administration and
must not contradict the laws or regulations in the given country and the specific location, as regional
and national regulations are very specific.
URBAN CLIMBING
Climbing, as sport and hobby, is
lately becoming more and more popu-
lar among young people. The idea will
be to attract more enthusiasts and to
give them a sense about the sport. The
center of its origin lies in its relation-
ship with Nature. Today, more and more
people are forced to practice it indoors
throughout the year. Why not start
practicing it back in the open, on urban
streets and try to find the similarities be-
tween the natural landscape and city en-
vironment, which we constantly inhabit?
STEPS
1. Get all the needed materials.
2. Install the hangers in a range of 20- 40
cm distance and up to 2m height.
3. Provide 2-3 m horizontal length of the
wall with the hangers, arranged on a zig-
zag pattern.
4. Do not forget to place a WARNING
message for user safety!

URBAN SWINGING
	 Everybody loves swings. They
are favorite thing not only to a five-
years- old, let’s admit it. Placing a bunch
of handmade swings at the main city
plaza, in the park or on a narrow, pedes-
trian street will result in a lot of smiles on
passengers ‘faces and will bring positive
mood to a large number of our co-citi-
zens. So let’s remember these cherished
moments and enjoy them again!
STEPS
1. Look around your city and define the
most appropriate places, where you can
locate the swings. Ensure they will be vis-
ible and easily accessed by lots of peo-
ple.
2. Make sure that the base on which
you are making the swings is steady and
strong enough! If possible, hang on your
hands to try it out.
3. Mount the swing with the materials on
the right.
4. Whenever possible place several in a
row. It is always funnier to swing with
somebody!
5. And definitely try it yourself!

Outdoor GYM: Re-used car tyres
The gym is the most preferred
urban method to stay fit, maintain good
shape or prepare you for the summer.
Occasionally, it is also used to do some
sport and be healthier. :) However, a lot
of people refuse to train in the fitness
because they “Just don’t like sweating
indoors”. But the gym and the physical
exercise could be fun when shared with
friends if more people knew how to or-
ganize their own fitness room without
buying the expensive instruments. One
way to apply the typical gym exercises
to the urban environment is through the
numerous usages of old car tires, that
can make an extremely diverse set of
typical fitness work outs.. Everybody has
them, so why not use them?
STEPS
1. Get as many old car tires as possible
and try to find them in different sizes (for
the various weights).
2. Find an instructor who can show you
some exercises with tires and learn to do
them the correct way! (If you don’t know
anyone, just check on-line. Be precise
when doing the exercises in the proper
manner, using the correct muscles)
3. Prepare the correct assemble of car
tires for the exercise before you start the
workshop. This could be building a small
climbing wall, tie the car tires so you can
drag and pull them, etc.
4. Get ready to really load your muscles!

Urban BOXING
To actually exist in the city one
often needs a pretty strong neurological
system. Boxing out the anger has prov-
en to have an extremely beneficial ef-
fect on the productivity, on the physical
and mental health and on the mood, of
course. So, we propose to locate ready-
to-use or handmade punching bags
around the city to help people have a
better day, by taking out the pressure.
They will be also introduced to the posi-
tive effects of this short daily sport train-
ing session. And others will just try out
their skills and strength for free.
STEPS
1. Get a punching bag and a sport hang-
er. Or make your own by putting some
sand in a fabric bag. Tie it with some
string. And check, if it is steady enough,
by punching it several times!
2. Choose several well-connected spaces
around your city.
3. Ensure your support is strong and
steady enough.
4. Do not forget to place a WARNING
message for the enthusiasts with no ex-
perience in boxing.

BOOM GAME
	 Number of participants: 0 - 1000;.
The two teams stay in the inner side of
the fields. The aim: one player (whoev-
er manages) goes out of the inner part,
through the corridor and inside the other
team’s field, steps on the marked corner
and shout BOOM! While going through
the corridor you are not allowed to step
on the markings – this means you go
out of the field. (!) Which doesn’t mean
he is out of the game! The players out
of the field are allowed to pull or push
the player from the other team who tries
to reach the BOOM corner. The BOMB
spot are the 2 circles in the corners of
the field. They are like the safety place
for the player, trying to reach the BOOM
corner. In the BOMB SPOT, you are not
allowed to push or pull other players and
vice versa.
STEPS
1. Choose appropriate playground, pref-
erably on grass, where the size will de-
pend on the number of the participants.
2. Paint the contours as shown on the
scheme on the right.

URBAN GAME MANKALA
Rules:
Put four balls/stones in each of the 12
holes. Each team has a ‘store’ to the right
side of the Mancala board
The game begins with one player pick-
ing up all of the pieces in any one of
the holes on his side. Moving counter-
clockwise, the player deposits one of the
stones in each hole until the stones run
out. If you run into your own store, de-
posit one piece in it. If you run into your
opponent’s store, skip it. If the last piece
you drop is in your own store, you get
a free turn. If the last piece you drop is
in an empty hole on your side, you cap-
ture that piece and any pieces in the
hole directly opposite. Always place all
captured pieces in your store. The game
ends when all six spaces on one side of
the Mancala board are empty. The play-
er who still has pieces on his side of the
board when the game ends captures all
of those pieces. Count all the pieces in
each store. The winner is the player with
the most pieces.

URBAN RINGS
It is all about finding your move,
isn’t it? So why not getting a bit more ac-
tive while waiting for the bus to come.
This is a small and easy fun intervention
which has the power to make a lot of
people try out their skills and strengths.
The time waiting for the public transport
will not be spent on the smart phone but
rather doing something a lot healthier
and physically engaging.
STEPS
1. Get a pair of old rings and a sport
hanger.
2. Position them on strong and steady
supports around the city. Try to establish
popular and visited places such as bus
stops, busy roads and plazas, etc.
3. Don’t forget to place the Move Week
sign!

URBAN DANCE
This is not just FUN... It is also
extremely playful, useful and even need-
ed. Introducing a short dancing class on
your way to work or before getting to the
expected night out, could have extreme-
ly beneficial effects on the participants.
It is also a very multi-cultural and edu-
cating activity as introducing foreign na-
tional dances, get people a small touch
of an unknown folk! Besides, dancing is
normally the most attractive and specific
representative activity for the nations
and is most enjoyed by the viewer! (Let’s
exchange some moves! :)
STEPS
1. Choose a dance you want to teach the
world and find a 1:1 pattern of the main
step (Don’t hit straight to Paso Doble or
Argentinian Tango)
2. Print out the 1:1 pattern. As it needs
to be big enough, you might potentially
want to print it out on A3s or A2s and
stick the sheets together.
3. Cut out everything you want to be
painted on the ground.
4. Go to the popular place, which you
want turn into improvised dancing hall
and after placing and securing the paper
to the ground, just spray (or paint) over
it!
Then enjoy and show your skills!

URBAN TENNIS
It appears that there are plenty
of things that could be done while wait-
ing for the bus. And why not play a short
tennis game, just to get the sense of the
game?
You can organize even a small tourna-
ment. It is Move Week! However, ensure
that no matter if you decide to take out a
real tennis table or you make it yourself,
all equipment, including rackets are well
secured!
STEPS
1. Choose a central but not too busy bus
stop.
2. Get a tennis table and rackets or make
and improvised table yourself using just
waterproof water planks and nails. En-
sure it is steady enough!
3. Measure the appropriate distances
and keep the lines straight. Then stick
the tape measure.
4. Paint the background color.
5. Measure and stick the masking tape at
7.5cm distance so you mark the interior
lines.
6. Mount the tennis table and the rackets
securely to the bus stop structure.

WATER SLIDING
	 Is there anything better than
sliding in great speed for more than a
few seconds? No! So, here is an idea how
to bring the summer water slides in the
busy urban environment! You will poten-
tially need a bit more time for the organi-
zation of the event, but for sure it will be
a great success! It has proven to be one
of the most attractive and famous activi-
ties for urban movers, which also gath-
ers a lot of attention, visitors and partici-
pants!
	 Please, be aware that prelimi-
nary arrangements with the municipality
will be required. Part of the money for
the budget on the right are particularly
included for this planning and organiza-
tion procedures.
STEPS
1. Choose a central street on a slope!
2. Align the straw bales to form the chan-
nel.
3. Cover everything with multiple layers
of plastic mesh.
4. Slur a thick layer of soap.
5. Provide the needed water by linking
the hose to the nearest sink or fountain,
etc..
6. Then you’ll need your first participant
to be placed comfortably on top of a
swimming mattress!
7. Do not forget to provide them some
space for stopping securely at the bot-
tom of the slope!

URBAN ATHLETICS
	 Jogging! It is extremely popular
way to train in the city. Making it as an
event and paying special importance to
its route can be a great adventure both
for you and for the more “lazy“ neighbors
around you. The creation of relatively
short and easy for running route, located
in the center of the city, could wake up a
lot more enthusiasts that are still won-
dering should they give jogging а try. So,
can you run this 1 km, given that you are
a Move Agent? Another suggestion is just
to mark a very short crossing path or a
short street perimeter just to wake up
the competitive spirit. Permissions from
municipalities will be required for both
ideas.
STEPS
1. Choose a central but not very busy
pedestrian part of the city.
2. Get some friends to help you, as this
could be a tiring job and will possibly
take a while.
3. Measure the appropriate distances
and keep the lines straight. Then stick
the tape measure.
4. Paint the track in the background col-
our (optional) with the roller painter.
5. Measure and stick the masking tape at
7.5cm distance so you mark the separate
running lines.
6. Paint inside the masking tape. You can
optionally mark the distances by writing
the numbers in white paint.

Do you often see shabby places
with no windows or no sign of beauty or
creativity on them? Well, here is an idea
to get them in better state.
What if you paint such a wall with
the lines of a court so it becomes part of
the urban playground? People will start
training solo or in groups and the unused
yard will become a nice playful area!
Again you will need a special per-
mission from the municipality for the de-
velopment of this initiative.
SPREAD THE IDEA
	 Getting everyone involved could
be best achieved by distributing small in-
dications about simple moves that trans-
form the urban environment into a real
playground. We propose creation and
placement of series of stickers that can
make the citizens have more fun in the
urban environment!
STEPS
1. Look carefully through the stickers we
offer you!
2. Go on a walk around your city and
try to spot the most suitable places that
seem to be lacking only our Move Week
Invitations!
3. Print out the stickers you need.
4. Cut them (Properly!. Even edges, even
edges, even edges..). And place them on
the appropriate sites using something
steady such as plastic tie (masking tape
wouldn’t do the job as it fells easily).

Activities and objectives of “Transformatori” Association
“Transformatori” Association is an organisation of young architects,
urbanists and designers whose actions, projects and initiatives impose a
new, different view of the problems of the urban environment.
The main objective of “Transformatori” is to work on solving the problems
of urban environment, architecture and urbanization by applying
innovative methods and strategies. The city is a living organism and needs
transformations that are well-thought and gradual. Through their projects
“Transformatori” prove that even with small to medium investments (but
made with thought, emotions and creativity) in the city environment the
effect can be great and sustainable over time. The association is trying to
implement a new attitude towards the city and the urban issues, stands for
different causes and seeks to impose competitive and debate beginning
in the solving of each different problem in town. “Transformatori” also
contributes to the popularization and application of voluntary work in creative
and ennobling urban initiatives.
Experience of the organisation in projects and initiatives
“Transformatori” Association was registered in 2009 by 6 young architects.
From this moment on, the team has completed many different urban
environment projects in Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Veliko Tarnovo
(all in Bulgaria), as well as in Timisoara, Romania. Representatives of the
association have held lectures and presentations at international forums in
Tirana and Sarajevo.
The projects of the association can be conditionally divided into the following
categories:
• Art in the urban environment: http://transformatori.net/act-on-the-street/
• Place making: Creation or revitalization of urban or rural spaces
• http://transformatori.net/smenscan/
• Design of places for education and culture: http://transformatori.net/
parcul-albastro-blue-par/
• Research projects: http://www.culturemap.bg/ , http://transformatori.net/
media-kultura/
• Work with problematic areas of memory in the city: http://transformatori.
net/revision/
• Actions in the urban environment: http://transformatori.net/park-green/
• Design workshops: http://transformatori.net/bike-rack-workshop/
• Design of interactive urban elements: http://transformatori.net/the-date-
place/
• Improvement of outdoor spaces: http://transformatori.net/sport-for-
everyone/
•
According to the financing method, the projects are divided in two groups:
non-profit (with program financing) and profit (working with clients and
organisations).
The team on a project is often interdisciplinary and consists of architects,
designers, urban planners, marketing professionals, artists, cultural
managers, sociologists and other experts.

MOVE Week Active city Toolkit

  • 1.
  • 2.
  • 3. The implementation of each idea of the manual should be coordinated with the local administration and must not contradict the laws or regulations in the given country and the specific location, as regional and national regulations are very specific.
  • 4. URBAN CLIMBING Climbing, as sport and hobby, is lately becoming more and more popu- lar among young people. The idea will be to attract more enthusiasts and to give them a sense about the sport. The center of its origin lies in its relation- ship with Nature. Today, more and more people are forced to practice it indoors throughout the year. Why not start practicing it back in the open, on urban streets and try to find the similarities be- tween the natural landscape and city en- vironment, which we constantly inhabit? STEPS 1. Get all the needed materials. 2. Install the hangers in a range of 20- 40 cm distance and up to 2m height. 3. Provide 2-3 m horizontal length of the wall with the hangers, arranged on a zig- zag pattern. 4. Do not forget to place a WARNING message for user safety! MATERIALS Bolts Screwier Hangers 1day 300-450 10-15m2
  • 5. URBAN SWINGING Everybody loves swings. They are favorite thing not only to a five- years- old, let’s admit it. Placing a bunch of handmade swings at the main city plaza, in the park or on a narrow, pedes- trian street will result in a lot of smiles on passengers ‘faces and will bring positive mood to a large number of our co-citi- zens. So let’s remember these cherished moments and enjoy them again! STEPS 1. Look around your city and define the most appropriate places, where you can locate the swings. Ensure they will be vis- ible and easily accessed by lots of peo- ple. 2. Make sure that the base on which you are making the swings is steady and strong enough! If possible, hang on your hands to try it out. 3. Mount the swing with the materials on the right. 4. Whenever possible place several in a row. It is always funnier to swing with somebody! 5. And definitely try it yourself! MATERIALS Sport hanger Chain or string Plank 1day 25-50 5 m2
  • 6. Outdoor GYM: Re-used car tyres The gym is the most preferred urban method to stay fit, maintain good shape or prepare you for the summer. Occasionally, it is also used to do some sport and be healthier. :) However, a lot of people refuse to train in the fitness because they “Just don’t like sweating indoors”. But the gym and the physical exercise could be fun when shared with friends if more people knew how to or- ganize their own fitness room without buying the expensive instruments. One way to apply the typical gym exercises to the urban environment is through the numerous usages of old car tires, that can make an extremely diverse set of typical fitness work outs.. Everybody has them, so why not use them? STEPS 1. Get as many old car tires as possible and try to find them in different sizes (for the various weights). 2. Find an instructor who can show you some exercises with tires and learn to do them the correct way! (If you don’t know anyone, just check on-line. Be precise when doing the exercises in the proper manner, using the correct muscles) 3. Prepare the correct assemble of car tires for the exercise before you start the workshop. This could be building a small climbing wall, tie the car tires so you can drag and pull them, etc. 4. Get ready to really load your muscles! MATERIALS Car tyres Slack or string Plank 1- 2 days 150- 300 10-20 m2
  • 7. Urban BOXING To actually exist in the city one often needs a pretty strong neurological system. Boxing out the anger has prov- en to have an extremely beneficial ef- fect on the productivity, on the physical and mental health and on the mood, of course. So, we propose to locate ready- to-use or handmade punching bags around the city to help people have a better day, by taking out the pressure. They will be also introduced to the posi- tive effects of this short daily sport train- ing session. And others will just try out their skills and strength for free. STEPS 1. Get a punching bag and a sport hang- er. Or make your own by putting some sand in a fabric bag. Tie it with some string. And check, if it is steady enough, by punching it several times! 2. Choose several well-connected spaces around your city. 3. Ensure your support is strong and steady enough. 4. Do not forget to place a WARNING message for the enthusiasts with no ex- perience in boxing. MATERIALS Punching bag Sport hanger ..Or make your own punching bag with: Sand, Bag & String 1day 50- 100 2 m2
  • 8. BOOM GAME Number of participants: 0 - 1000;. The two teams stay in the inner side of the fields. The aim: one player (whoev- er manages) goes out of the inner part, through the corridor and inside the other team’s field, steps on the marked corner and shout BOOM! While going through the corridor you are not allowed to step on the markings – this means you go out of the field. (!) Which doesn’t mean he is out of the game! The players out of the field are allowed to pull or push the player from the other team who tries to reach the BOOM corner. The BOMB spot are the 2 circles in the corners of the field. They are like the safety place for the player, trying to reach the BOOM corner. In the BOMB SPOT, you are not allowed to push or pull other players and vice versa. STEPS 1. Choose appropriate playground, pref- erably on grass, where the size will de- pend on the number of the participants. 2. Paint the contours as shown on the scheme on the right. 1day 50- 100 15- 25m2 MATERIALS Paint or Spray Painting Brush Tape measure, Masking tape, Scissors MATERIALS Paint or Spray Painting Brush Tape measure, Masking tape, Scissors
  • 9. URBAN GAME MANKALA Rules: Put four balls/stones in each of the 12 holes. Each team has a ‘store’ to the right side of the Mancala board The game begins with one player pick- ing up all of the pieces in any one of the holes on his side. Moving counter- clockwise, the player deposits one of the stones in each hole until the stones run out. If you run into your own store, de- posit one piece in it. If you run into your opponent’s store, skip it. If the last piece you drop is in your own store, you get a free turn. If the last piece you drop is in an empty hole on your side, you cap- ture that piece and any pieces in the hole directly opposite. Always place all captured pieces in your store. The game ends when all six spaces on one side of the Mancala board are empty. The play- er who still has pieces on his side of the board when the game ends captures all of those pieces. Count all the pieces in each store. The winner is the player with the most pieces. For more information follow the link: https://www.youtube. comwatch?v=6exrC8l1UQE 1day 150 10 m2 MATERIALS Bucket Stones ..Or tennis balls
  • 10. URBAN RINGS It is all about finding your move, isn’t it? So why not getting a bit more ac- tive while waiting for the bus to come. This is a small and easy fun intervention which has the power to make a lot of people try out their skills and strengths. The time waiting for the public transport will not be spent on the smart phone but rather doing something a lot healthier and physically engaging. STEPS 1. Get a pair of old rings and a sport hanger. 2. Position them on strong and steady supports around the city. Try to establish popular and visited places such as bus stops, busy roads and plazas, etc. 3. Don’t forget to place the Move Week sign! 1day 25- 50 2 m2 MATERIALS Rings Sport Hanger
  • 11. URBAN DANCE This is not just FUN... It is also extremely playful, useful and even need- ed. Introducing a short dancing class on your way to work or before getting to the expected night out, could have extreme- ly beneficial effects on the participants. It is also a very multi-cultural and edu- cating activity as introducing foreign na- tional dances, get people a small touch of an unknown folk! Besides, dancing is normally the most attractive and specific representative activity for the nations and is most enjoyed by the viewer! (Let’s exchange some moves! :) STEPS 1. Choose a dance you want to teach the world and find a 1:1 pattern of the main step (Don’t hit straight to Paso Doble or Argentinian Tango) 2. Print out the 1:1 pattern. As it needs to be big enough, you might potentially want to print it out on A3s or A2s and stick the sheets together. 3. Cut out everything you want to be painted on the ground. 4. Go to the popular place, which you want turn into improvised dancing hall and after placing and securing the paper to the ground, just spray (or paint) over it! Then enjoy and show your skills! 1day 50- 100 5- 10 m2 MATERIALS Paint & Brush OR Spray A cutting knife or scissors A 1:1 printed pattern Cha Cha main step- Pattern
  • 12. URBAN TENNIS It appears that there are plenty of things that could be done while wait- ing for the bus. And why not play a short tennis game, just to get the sense of the game? You can organize even a small tourna- ment. It is Move Week! However, ensure that no matter if you decide to take out a real tennis table or you make it yourself, all equipment, including rackets are well secured! STEPS 1. Choose a central but not too busy bus stop. 2. Get a tennis table and rackets or make and improvised table yourself using just waterproof water planks and nails. En- sure it is steady enough! 3. Measure the appropriate distances and keep the lines straight. Then stick the tape measure. 4. Paint the background color. 5. Measure and stick the masking tape at 7.5cm distance so you mark the interior lines. 6. Mount the tennis table and the rackets securely to the bus stop structure. 1day 150- 300 5 m2 MATERIALS Hand saw, Wooden planks and nails (hand made tennis table) Tape measure, Masking tape, Scissors track Paint in 2 colours & Painting Brush
  • 13.
  • 14. WATER SLIDING Is there anything better than sliding in great speed for more than a few seconds? No! So, here is an idea how to bring the summer water slides in the busy urban environment! You will poten- tially need a bit more time for the organi- zation of the event, but for sure it will be a great success! It has proven to be one of the most attractive and famous activi- ties for urban movers, which also gath- ers a lot of attention, visitors and partici- pants! Please, be aware that prelimi- nary arrangements with the municipality will be required. Part of the money for the budget on the right are particularly included for this planning and organiza- tion procedures. STEPS 1. Choose a central street on a slope! 2. Align the straw bales to form the chan- nel. 3. Cover everything with multiple layers of plastic mesh. 4. Slur a thick layer of soap. 5. Provide the needed water by linking the hose to the nearest sink or fountain, etc.. 6. Then you’ll need your first participant to be placed comfortably on top of a swimming mattress! 7. Do not forget to provide them some space for stopping securely at the bot- tom of the slope! 2 days 5000 500 m2 Lenght: 10-300 m MATERIALS Slope- highly inclined street Straw bales & Plastic mesh layers Water (supplied by a hose) Soap (for easier sliding) Swimming mattress
  • 15. URBAN ATHLETICS Jogging! It is extremely popular way to train in the city. Making it as an event and paying special importance to its route can be a great adventure both for you and for the more “lazy“ neighbors around you. The creation of relatively short and easy for running route, located in the center of the city, could wake up a lot more enthusiasts that are still won- dering should they give jogging а try. So, can you run this 1 km, given that you are a Move Agent? Another suggestion is just to mark a very short crossing path or a short street perimeter just to wake up the competitive spirit. Permissions from municipalities will be required for both ideas. STEPS 1. Choose a central but not very busy pedestrian part of the city. 2. Get some friends to help you, as this could be a tiring job and will possibly take a while. 3. Measure the appropriate distances and keep the lines straight. Then stick the tape measure. 4. Paint the track in the background col- our (optional) with the roller painter. 5. Measure and stick the masking tape at 7.5cm distance so you mark the separate running lines. 6. Paint inside the masking tape. You can optionally mark the distances by writing the numbers in white paint. 2 days 2500 20+ m2 Lenght: 5-1000 MATERIALS Tape measure, Masking tape, Scissors track Paint in 2 colours the lines & the actual running Painting Brush (for the lines) & Roller Painter for the track
  • 16. MATERIALS Tape measure, Masking tape, Scissors track Paint in 2 colours- the lines & the actual running Roller Painter and a Staircase or a scaffold STEPS 1. Choose an unused urban wall with a spare yard next to it. 2. Get some friends to help you as this could be a tiring job and will possibly take a while.. 3. Measure the appropriate distances and stick the tape measure with the ap- propriate lining for a tennis court. 4. Paint the court colour. 5. Measure and stick the masking tape at 7.5cm distance so you mark the interior lines. 6. Paint inside the masking tape. URBAN TENNIS 3 days 7500 300 m2 Do you often see shabby places with no windows or no sign of beauty or creativity on them? Well, here is an idea to get them in better state. What if you paint such a wall with the lines of a court so it becomes part of the urban playground? People will start training solo or in groups and the unused yard will become a nice playful area! Again you will need a special per- mission from the municipality for the de- velopment of this initiative.
  • 17. SPREAD THE IDEA Getting everyone involved could be best achieved by distributing small in- dications about simple moves that trans- form the urban environment into a real playground. We propose creation and placement of series of stickers that can make the citizens have more fun in the urban environment! STEPS 1. Look carefully through the stickers we offer you! 2. Go on a walk around your city and try to spot the most suitable places that seem to be lacking only our Move Week Invitations! 3. Print out the stickers you need. 4. Cut them (Properly!. Even edges, even edges, even edges..). And place them on the appropriate sites using something steady such as plastic tie (masking tape wouldn’t do the job as it fells easily). 1day 50 2-10 m2 MATERIALS Paper & Colour Printer Scissors Plastic tie

  • 22. Activities and objectives of “Transformatori” Association “Transformatori” Association is an organisation of young architects, urbanists and designers whose actions, projects and initiatives impose a new, different view of the problems of the urban environment.
