  1. Many people have jobs in which they take little pride or pleasures. They are alienated from work because they fond it lacks value and meaning. Actually this may happen to lowest occupational level, job tend to be simple, repetitive and extraordinarily dull. People employed in such jobs tend to have few occupational skills, but their jobs require even fewer. Children could perform adequately many of the tasks to which adult lives are devoted.
