Ltd, which became Morecroft Projects, and provides a

4. As part of the Health & Safety at Work
(Asbestos) Regulations 2016, there is a duty for
people in control of a place of work to identify,
document and manage asbestos in the
workplace, and to regularly review the
management plan. The most effective way of
identifying asbestos and asbestos containing
materials (ACM’s) is to have a survey carried
out by a qualified asbestos surveyor.
According to the Health & Safety at Work Act a
‘workplace’ means a place where work is
being carried out, or is customarily carried out,
for a business or undertaking; and includes
any place where a worker goes, or is likely to
be, while at work.
