QUALIFICATIONS:
• A graduate of BS in Interior Design.
• 1 to 2 years experienced are preferred.
• Non experience are also welcome to apply.
• Knows AutoCAD, Sketch Up, VRAY, and/or Photoshop.
• Can handle Project management.
• Can work with minimal supervision and always show professionalism
at work.

DESCRIPTIONS:
Can assist in other projects.
•Undertake and coordinate design project from concept to completion.
•Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks
through to final project completion.
•Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
•Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.
•Supervise work progress.
•Work closely with co-designers and contractors.
•Assist in research and follow up to date industry standards, trends, and
practice.
22. Employee benefits
• Retirement Plan - The plan is 100% funded by the company calculated at
one month’s base salary per year of service based on the employee’s latest
basic rate upon normal retirement at age 60, death or total and permanent
disability. Early retirement benefit can be available to 10 years of service
equal to 50% of normal retirement benefit.
• Sick Leave – Granted on account of sickness or disability of the employees
or any member of their family (parents, brothers, sisters, children, spouse
and even house help who are living with the employees).
• 13th-Month Pay - The Company grants a 13th-month pay equivalent to
one (1) month’s pay to all eligible employees if they worked for at least one
(1) month during a calendar year.

Interior Design Conceptualization - To invent or formulate an idea or concept. The conceptualization phase of a project occurs in the initial design activity when the scope of the project is drafted, and a list of the desired design features and requirements is created.
Furniture Layout and Space Planning - To layout a home or room with a strong bearing throughout the space. The proper placement and size of furniture, lighting, rugs, and traffic flow brings a fresh perspective where all elements work in harmony.
Materials and Color Consultation – To assist in developing the materials for space or to help documents.
Technical Working Drawings – To processing the design to CAD and SketchUp software and provide a presentable product to the client.
Scale Modeling – Creating a Space model to help them visualize the design through space. Residential or Commercial type of scale model.
