2. My name is Jhanior “Rossaura” Montero. I am a
developing Latin Music Executive born in a close-knit
community in the Dominican Republic where music
was the happy token of its citizens. I grew up during
the time when the American hip-hop culture

American countries. Fast forward 18 years, I joined
the ranks of the United States Army - where as a
young adult I was formed to become a soldier of
many values and skills. Today, my professional
