2. Administration:
• Maintaining and developing the filing system of personnel.
• Maintaining Attendance and Leave management activities. (Staff & Workers)
• Prepare salary of 50 employee and wages of more than 300 workers.
• Attending wages / salary distribution to the contract workers done by the contractors
• Checking & Passing bills of Water jug Supplier, Safety shoes & Uniform.
Issue of uniforms to the employees
• Preparing the Check List for deductions like Loan, Food Expenses, Salary Advances
• Looking after the Mediclaim process for employees.
• Handling query about salary

• Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture,
furnishings & etc.

Transportation
• Maintain log book of vehicles and coordination with transporter for daily vehicle

Canteen

penalty if there is any problem.
• Distribution of the canteen / food coupons to the employees
• Search for canteen contractors and getting quotations from them
3. Payroll
• Day to day register and attendance verification at gate.
• Upload attendance from punching machine and also manual punching entry.
• Preparing leave record.
• Check all contractors salary sheet also bill.
Housekeeping
• To ensure proper housekeeping in the plant
• Observation of discipline & rules on shop floor.
• Checking hygiene and cleanliness in plant & Coordination with Housekeeping
supervision & concern dept. supervisor.
Safety & welfare
• Ensuring all safety measures are followed in plant, checking condition of safety
equipment, medicines etc. And maintaining check list for all.
• Maintaining the details of the safety items in stock and issuing the same to the employees
• Planning, arranging and manage site welfare Fund activities
• Looking after Emp. Welfare activities like Sports, other festival celebration etc.
Stock maintaining
• Preparing list of monthly housekeeping & pantry material required and keeping record of
all stock and issue register.
• Arrange for urgent pantry items for guests and putting PR for welfare activities &
celebrations in system.
• Handling of Stationery Items.
Statutory Compliance
• Maintaining various Register as per Factory Act like I -card Register, Accident Register,
Leave Register, Attendance Muster Roll, OT Register Adult Register, White Wash
Register, Wages Register, Health Register & PF Register, Bonus Register, Apprentice
Register and all documentation work knowledge.
• Responsible for P.F., P.TAX, ESIC act.
• Prepare Half Yearly & Annual Return Contribution, ER-I, & ER-II.
• Employeement Exchange CNV.
• Responsible for Gratuity, Bonus Act.
• Responsible for Apprentice form APP-1, APP-3, and APP-4.
• Handling all legal matter
