The document describes a tradition that children from a school in Beneixama, Spain participate in each year on Holy Tuesday. The children make "monas", which are traditional Easter cookies. They make the dough at a local bakery and bring it back to school. There, using clean hands and tables, they shape the dough into cookies. They add colored eggs and lines on top before taking them to the bakery to be baked. This year, the cookies came out large, beautiful and very tasty. The children take the cookies home in plastic bags to show their parents and eat them.
