Kuwait National Guard is in the process of implementing a Central Portfolio Management System to control, manage and track
various mega projects launched by the Project Management Directorate of KNG (Construction and Maintenance Division). The
department plans, executes and manages projects in various Camps located all over Kuwait with projects ranging from a few
thousand to KD. 250 million.
Currently, the project is in the Initiation phase and fact finding processes and interviews are underway. The work program includes
multi-stage portfolio for projects in Design Phase, Construction Phase and Maintenance phase.

• Preparing Business Blueprint (BBP) document for creating Project Management Plan
• Preparing SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) for managing the projects using AutoPRO™

Al Salam Palace – Amiri Diwan

The Avenues Phase IV

The Souk. New districts with modern and diverse concepts will also be included to build on the shopping and entertainment experience.
The new districts include Arcadia, The Grand Plaza, The Forum, Electra and The Cinema, as well as a five-star hotel and another
four-star hotel. Phase IV will be built over an area of 130,000 sq.m., with a total leasable area of 100,000 sq.m., at a total cost of KD
265 million (approximately US$ 900 million). This will bring the total cost of The Avenues project to KD 600 million (approximately US$
2billion).
AL AMIRI HOSPITAL – Ministry of Health (MOH)

Medical District, between Jamal Abdul Nasser Street and Al-Jahra Road.
