Work : Windows Azure Datacenter Support Engineer
Managing the cloud Services & infrastructure of Microsoft, both stage & production
 Azure network monitoring and network investigation of issues noticed in Azure network
infrastructure and driving them to resolution.
 Monitoring and debugging failed deployments. Escalation and notification of failed deployments
to respective teams within the defined SLAs and following up and investigate with Ops team
 Configuring vendor returned PDU and recover the nodes to make the cluster healthy and provide
the Information and Logs to the various teams for investigating.
 Resolving Issues Related Servers as per TSG.
 Monitoring the compute and Storage Clusters health using Monitoring Runners.
 Work on various Tasks assigned by client.
 Trouble shooting the servers which are having Hardware issues.
 Coordinating with the Microsoft external vendors for quickly resolving the server related Issues.
 Initiating the Bridge calls for High end outage and issues.
 Investigating and troubleshooting on blades.
 Need to work with vendors for RMA
 Working with component team, when there are issues with high count of blades,
 Protection of tenants and their clusters,
 Escalating issues regarding runners,
 Inter-team knowledge sharing for the newly launched features and updates.
Updating and renewing troubleshooting guides on monthly basis.
