- MOOCs are utilized primarily by education
institutions and so are Open Educational Resources
(OER)
OER- learning, teaching and research materials in any
format and medium that reside in the public domain
or are under copyright that have been released under
an open license, that permit no-cost access, re-use, re-
purpose, adaptation and redistribution by others.

disenfranchise when it comes to

called u-learning, is the
interaction between humans
and computers in order to learn.
Ubiquitous Learning
-an everyday learning environment that is supported
by mobile and embedded computers and wireless
networks in our everyday life (Ogata et al. 2009).
-It is aimed to provide learners with content and
interaction anytime and anywhere (Hwang et
al. 2008).
