This document presents a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis of CLIL (content and language integrated learning). Some key strengths are that CLIL allows students to learn English naturally while learning other subjects, and encourages cooperation. Weaknesses include the large amount of preparation needed by teachers and potential difficulties for students with lower English levels. Opportunities listed are helping less motivated students and allowing those with higher English levels to apply it. Threats include challenges implementing CLIL widely and ensuring curricula and resources fully support the approach.
