4. Infrastructure
At Mockingbird International, we have a fully equipped and state-of-the-art infrastructure
to ensure flawless production in the shortest possible time. we use latest JUKI machineries in our
spacious production floor which is enough to handle more than 20K garments in a go.
We work on Capacity based production plan to ensure the CPD is maintained to have on
time deliveries, and our total inhouse production capacity at peak efficiency is 4K pcs per day for
minimal SAM valued garments.
Raw Material
We at Mockingbird produce fabric with high quality
yarns only on standard Knitting machines such as Mayer & Cie,
Orizio, etc.,
We dye the fabric & yarn from our sister concern,
where the dyeing is done as per international standards.
The dyeing unit which houses latest imported Machinery is
capable of dye and finish around 20 tones of fabric per day.
For embellishments works such as Printing &
Embroidery we work with our sister concern, which has the
latest equipments to full fill all our customer needs with a
quality of international standards

5. Team Work
Merchandising
Our Merchandising team will work along with other teams and take the responsibility to have the work done in the
provided time period to have the CPD achieved and will monitor all phases in the production cycle from sampling to
shipment and also keeps the buyer fully informed about the progress in production at every stage.
Quality
Our Quality team strives to maintain quality as per international standards during the various phases of product cycle
without compromising the time factor.
