Real estate and transactional legal work have been my areas of specialty for the last ten years, working exclusively as in
house counsel. Core responsibilities include drafting leases and related agreements for corporate and retail tenants;

• Provided all corporate disclosures required for land use applications and redevelopment agreements; and annual corporate
filings.
• Litigation Management – Oversight of all litigation matters, including assistance with drafting of briefs and responsive
motions, discovery matters and insurance claims in connection with coverage.
• The matters included minority unit holder suit in Delaware; creditor action in New York, NY; creditor action in Flemington,
NJ; appeals of land use approvals in New Jersey; various landlord tenant matters in New Jersey and Maryland.
• Other Responsibilities – Oversight of environmental issues and clean-up of development properties

in 2006 for which SPE developer sought and received land use approvals for 1150 residential units.
• Golf resort was sold in late 2007, achieving a 14% return for limited economic members of a related company.
