This document outlines the milestones and deliverables for a project from February 2009 to December 2009. It lists the work packages (WP) that will be completed in each month or milestone period (M1-M11) including developing plans, holding meetings, producing reports and newsletters, reviewing requirements and prototypes, establishing groups and policies, and signing agreements. The goal is to work towards setting up the organizational structure and systems for Europeana by the end of the project timeline.
