I highly recommend Milan Koneff as a candidate for employment. Milan was employed by the
Suzhou center of Romp n’ Roll China from May, 2015 until May 1st, 2016. During that time
period, Milan worked in teaching department as a foreign teacher. As Vice President of Romp
n’ Roll China, I can best discuss the qualities and accomplishments that Milan brought to our
company.
Milan was such a self-starter who required little supervision. He put so much passion and
hard-working during his teaching. He was interested in every class system and always was
eager to gain new knowledge and skills. He helped our company to increase the demo-kids
signed-up rate by 10%. Because of all the contribution he made to our company, he was
rewarded with the best Foreign Teacher among all the south-eastern foreign teachers at the
end of 2015.
Milan was so welcomed and beloved by co-workers, kids and parents in Suzhou center. He's
such a good teammate and always tried to let everyone become a unit to work together
because he has strong communication skills. He knew how to set up personal and team
goals and was determined to reach the goals.
I was sorry to see Milan leave but understand that his family is in America. He has his own
life target to meet and adventure to explore. Everyone in our company just viewed Milan as
part of our big family as always. I was so sad to lose such a great teacher like Milan.
Milan would be a tremendous asset for your company and has my highest recommendation.
