RE: Letter of Recommendation for Mohamed Ali
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter in support of Mohamed Ali for a position in your school. I have known
Mohamed for the past year since I presented to his school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as an accrediting
consultant. He and I have stayed in contact and have explored school improvement ideas, curricular
needs, professional development, educational trends, etc. Mohamed would reach out and seek my
advice on a regular basis and we were able to get to know each other well.
As an educator Mohamed has shown and exercised the values and work ethic that make a person and
leader successful. The combination of diligence, intellect, hard work, and empathy that he has is the
cornerstone of his accomplishments. Mohamed is always seeking for the best ways to serve his
students and staff he works with and is a very conscientious educator. In visiting his school and
speaking with Mohamed regularly over the past year it is apparent that Mohamed is an effective
leader, taking on projects, giving input, and working successfully with his colleagues. He is able to get
students and colleagues excited about projects and changes in the program. He has a great rapport
with colleagues and those he works with and is a solid example of an effective team player.
Mohamed has worked with his school in the internal evaluation process in preparation for an external
accreditation visit by AdvancED. His responsibility during this time was to coordinate the preparation of
the five standards and leading the school in a thorough internal evaluation and school improvement
process.
In conclusion, Mohamed Ali is a very conscientious leader and person who has demonstrated through
is intellect and dedication. I have full confidence in Mohamed as an educator and leader and ask that
you give his application serious consideration.
