To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Sabrina Smith for a period of five years in my capacity as Assistant
Principal and Athletic Director at Mater Dei High School. During that time I have come
to know her in a way, which I feel qualifies me to give good insight into her character
and integrity. Indeed, for the last year I have been her direct supervisor.
Sabrina has worked in both the Accounts Payable Department and as the
Secretary for the Athletic Department. She is directly responsible for the administrative
oversight of our athletic department and successfully coordinates the scheduling,
transportation, officials, and day-to-day running of twenty athletic programs. She is also
the person directly interfacing with the Mater Dei public to solve problems and answer
their questions.
Her position is one, which requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task,
and effective people skills. Sabrina is adept in all these areas and has improved the
efficiency of the Athletic Department due to her superior computer skills.
Around campus she is a highly regarded and respected member of the Mater Dei
family. This is no doubt due to the high standards, integrity, and morals that she displays
at all times.
Away from Mater Dei High School Sabrina is a devout supporter of the Guide
Dogs For the Blind. She has successfully raised two guide dog puppies and is an active
supporter of this invaluable organization.
It is my understanding that Sabrina is applying for a position at your educational
institution. I most certainly recommend her to you without reservation. Sabrina Smith has
been a credit to Mater Dei High School and I have no doubt that she will be a credit to
your institution also. Her dedication to hard work would make her a great asset to your
program. If you would like to discuss her credentials further with me, please do not
hesitate to call.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr. Martin Stringer
Athletic Director
