This letter is my personal recommendation for Jay LeSage. In my capacity of Director of IT at
Polartec, LLC, I've had the opportunity of hiring Jay for a two month period to compliment my
FTEs in a corporate wide PC rollout project. I found him to beconsistently pleasant, tackling
all assignments with dedication, knowledge and ease.
Besides making relationships with users effortless, Jay is a take-charge person who is able to
undertake any and all the assignments given to him by his supervisor. He has achieved
success in the projects that have been assignedto him. During his tenure, many "end users"
were quite pleased and commented on his knowledge and his positive attitude. Jay helped
Polartec, LLC rollout 230 new desktop computers and almost 100 upgrades to MS Office 2010.
Though he was an asset to our organic IT group for just a 2 month period, Jay is someone
who I would definitely hire ona permanent basis. I think Jay has the "can-do" attitude
managers in this type of environment look for.
I highly recommend Jayfor employment. Heis a team player and would make a great asset to
any organization.
