- OBJECTIVE: to bring something
new, fresh and cosmopolitan in
an avant-guard district of
Barcelona
- HOW: Mika Milan, the Food &
Drink Adventure. A cosy and
modern place, where you can feel
like at home, but where you can
exerience different tastes of the
world’s food, cooked with
passion by our professional
chefs.

7. FOOD OFFER
MORNING: a French boulangerie & an Italian cappuccino or
coffee to kick off your busiest days with power.
LUNCH: a quick service & delitious menu with various
options of starters, main plates, desserts & drinks to fit
with all your needs (vegetarian, healthy, glutton…)
AFTERNOON: home-made cakes, selected teas and
infusions from Japan, China, Sri Lanka or a healthy organic
juice to sweeten your day
DINNER: by choosing original tapas, gourmet burgers,
designe-salads, fresh raw and home-made pasta your
taste will travel from Mexico to China to Japan, Italy & the
US in a few bites.
EVENING: 10 cocktails signature will let you experience
what is the art of mixology about. You can also taste extra-
fine liquors or classic long drinks and cocktails.
BRUNCH: 4 different brunch inspired to Paris, San
Francisco, Marrakech & London to boost your sunday
morning!

8. BRAND IMAGE
We were looking for something
simple, charming, and easily
recognisable, that could fit in whatever
big city around the world.
THE NAME: is to remind the city of origin
of the owners, with a little wordplay:
MIKA MILAN is for “Una mica de Milan =
A little bit of Milan” in Catalan, the local
language in Barcelona, and “L’è minga
Milan = That’s not Milan” in Milanese,
the dialect where the owners are from.
BRANDING: we proudly use our brand in
all our packages & communication
offline and online.
