- #2 The Muslim world consists of the Middle East in Asia and the north African countries. The dominant ethnic/language group is Arabic.
- #5 Turkey is located on two continents (Asia and Europe). Turkey’s geographical location results in a mixture of both European and Middle Eastern traditions and culture. Istanbul is the largest city, laying along the Bosphorus strait that connects the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara.
