4. THE PROJECT: ENTERVEX CONSULT WESITE
 Objectives:
 This project aims to provide means to keep business clients well informed about services that can be offered, also accept
feedback, comments and response from clients on the quality of services etc.
 Problem Domain:
 Enter Vex Consult needs a website design to update its brand and presence on the web. The site design will be built to
reach out to prospective clients, as well as serve and support the current Enter Vex Consult clients. Furthermore, Enter Vex
Consult needs a website that can be maintained by a Enter Vex Consult employee, without the need to regularly employ
Team Code to make changes. The Enter Vex Consult employee needs to be able to add and revise both text and photos
and additional pages if necessary.

 Project Users:
 Administrators
 Entrepreneurs
 Business Owners
 Project Requirements:
 A user would be able to see the various services provided by the site so that they can select the service they would like to
request.
 A customer would be able to fill out forms providing details, based on the service they require.
 Administrator would provide contact details, location and email address to users so that they can reach out anytime.
 There must be a sign-up and login page for users to have accounts on the website.
 A blog page to display current business trends to customers.

6. FUNCTIONAL AND NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
 Functional Requirement:
 There must be a sign-up page which will include the following system functionalities:
- The system must allow users to verify their accounts using their phone number.
- The system must allow users to log into their account by entering their email and password.
- The system must allow users to log in with their Google accounts.
- The system must allow users to reset their password by clicking on "I forgot my password" and receiving a link to their
verified email address.
 On the contact us page, the user must be able to send details of his or her contact to the company’s mail from the website.

7. CONT’D.
 Non-Functional Requirement:
 Website responsiveness to support different device screen sizes.
 Each page must load within 5 seconds.
 The login process must finish within 12 seconds.
 The sign-up process must finish within 2 minutes.

8. HIGHLIGHTS FROM PRODUCT BACKLOG

 As a new user I want to register by creating an account with username and password so that the system can remember
me and my data.
 As a registered user I want to login with my username and password so that the system can authenticate me.
 As a user I would want to securely login into the system so that my information would only be accessed by me.
 As a user, I would like to contact administrators of the website so that I can directly submit query.
 As Administrator, I like to see list of all members visitors so that I can monitor site visits.
 As Administrator, I would like to post blog on the website so that I can share vital information to visitors

9. HIGHLIGHTS FROM SPRINT PLANNING STRATEGIES
 Roadmap review and current sprint comparison
 We take a look at product backlog and identify the current sprint.
 We estimate how long it will take to complete a user story.
 Making the team members own the project through discussions.
 We share updates with the client and consider feedback and insights on the project.
