So firstly click start in the left corner in the
monitor then click all programs then search
for Microsoft office excel 2007 then click to
open
5. FILE-MENU BAR
There are some box, there’s save, save as, open, close
info, recent, new, print, save & send, help.
• Save: to save the work
• Save as: to save the work in other place
• Open: to open another work
• Close: to close the work
• Info: information about the work
• Recent: to see your work before
• New: to make another work
• Print: to print your work
• Save and send: to send to another network
• Help: to help if you need a help.
6. HOME-MENU BAR
Home is the tools that you want to choose the work. It is divided to seven kinds, it
is clipboard, font, alignment, number, styles, cell, editing.
• Clipboard: to pasting something, copying something, and cut
• Font: to edit your text
• Alignment: to edit your paragraph
• Number: is for editing the number
• Styles: to add a style for the column or table in the work
• Cells: to edit the column
• Editing: to editing more for the work
7. INSERT-MENU BAR
There are table illustrations, chart, spark lines, filter, links, text, symbol.
• Table: to make a table
• Illustrations: to add some picture, shape, clip art and more
• Chart: to make a chart
• Spark lines: to make like a chart but it is number like money
• Link: to add a link
• Text: to edit the text with word art, text box and more
• Symbol: to add a symbol in the work
8. PAGE LAY OUT-MENU BAR
This menu bar usually used for editing your work. This
menu bar are divided to five types. There are themes,
page setup, scale to fit, sheet option, arrange.
Theme is for editing your work by theme.
Page setup usually for printing setting your work.
Scale to fit is for setting the scale of the sheet.
Sheet option is for setting your sheet with gridline or
heading.
And arrange is for arrange some shapes in the sheet.
9. FORMULAS-MENU BAR
Here there’s formula. This menu bar are usually used
for adding something to the column in your work. This
menu bar are divided to be 4 types. It is function library,
defined names, formula auditing, calculation.
10. DATA-MENU BAR
This menu bar is for collecting data
into the page work. It can be from
access, web, text, and other sources.
And it also can edit the work into the
data.
11. REVIEW-MENU BAR
This menu bar are used for improving the
word like the writer with spelling and you
can also add comment for your sheet. This
menu bar are divided to 4 types. It is
proofing, language, comment, changes.
12. VIEW-MENU BAR
This menu bar are used for editing your work sheet. Like full
screen, page layout and etc. this menu bar are divided into 5
types. It is workbook views, show, zoom, window, macros.
