This document contains evaluation scores from student feedback surveys for courses taught by the lecturer from 2004-2009. It includes the course code, year, the lecturer's role, and their average scores on 15 survey questions each year. Scores generally ranged from 3.5-6.4 out of 7. The lecturer scored highest on making objectives clear, explaining concepts clearly, preparation, and feedback; and lowest on making the course interesting and workload. Overall the feedback was positive with most averages between 4-6.
