SUMMARY
Michael Brown, MBA, Former Certified Lead Operator
I completed my MBA at Columbia College, Jefferson City with a 4.0 GPA in July, 2016. The program
was heavy in human resource management, general management, and organizational structure. Prior
to Columbia College, I finished my Bachelor’s degree at online Mizzou with resources made available
to me upon the closure of my former employer (R.R. Donnelley) in 2013. I am finished with my
education and eager to get back into the work force and contribute my skills to an established public
or private organization. I am interested in areas such as quality control, HRM, inventory management,
lean manufacturing, logistics, and general management, etc. I have over 18 years of experience in a
manufacturing atmosphere but am open to anything that will broaden my horizons and offer a
chance for growth and success. A description of my previous employment is as follows;
