NAStar Inc. manufactures specialty pressure sensitive label materials, applies a specified adhesive to the
type of paper product required for custom labelordered, then finishes product into order specific lengths/widths.
Floor Lead
Schedule and monitor multiple machines and operators. Address and correct quality issues on
production floor. Coordinate and communicate with Plant Manager on crew,machine, and support
assignments. Record and submit daily reports and process improvement suggestions. Start up all
machines upon arrival.
 Promoted three times in a short period of time, from Coater Operator to Crew Lead, then to Floor

Coater Operator
