Spectra were collected using a chirped pulsed Fourier transform microwave spectrometer over the 7-18.5 GHz region. Transitions from multiple isotopologues and vibrational states of PbI and SnI were assigned and fitted to determine rotational, centrifugal distortion, hyperfine, and quadrupole coupling constants. Analysis of the bond lengths and hyperfine interactions indicates that the bonding in both PbI and SnI is ionic in nature.

Dos Puentes School is a dual language English/Spanish K-2 New York City (NYC) Department of Education (DOE) school characterized by a predominantly side-by-side bilingual model. Currently the school has four “pillars,” or cornerstones, that guide their program design and implementation: (1) bilingual, biliterate, and multicultural education, (2) partnership with families, (3) hands-on experience and inquiry-based learning, and (4) university partnerships. Since these are the stated goals and principles that Dos Puentes itself professes and aims to achieve through its instruction and programming, we adopted them as our starting point and designed our case study indicator matrix based around these four pillars (see Appendix 1). Most of the indicators are measured through direct classroom observation, while some have been measured through stakeholder interview. For the purposes of consistency, we restricted our formal observations mainly to the general education, non-ICT classrooms.

In this I think artwork would be the best.
Break down instructional tasks for ELLs to make learning manageable. ELLs need step-by-step instruction that makes complex tasks accessible and builds on their prior knowledge, both culturally and linguistically.
· Understanding a student’s culture is very important. It gives the student self-esteem, values, classroom behavior and learning. The more the teacher understands the more she can teach. For learning the life cycle of butterflies, I would first break down the process step by step by using keywords and having them in English as well as Chinese. This will allow the other students to learn the names of the stages in a different language as well. I will then have my students to draw, label (in English and Chinese), and color the life cycle. Or do some sort of art incorporated activity that will allows a creative twist to the assignment. I believe this will help Jia feel more involved with the classroom, because her assistance and input will be important on pronouncing the names properly. This will also support her by showing her that we, as a class, are interested in her as a person and are curious and intrigued by her culture, and I think this will make her proud to know something not everyone else knows.
I feel it is important for teachers to know their students cultural identities because it will assist greatly in getting to know who they are. It helps understand their thought process and how they may come to conclusions or get results that may differ from other students.

A business may deal with both sales and purchases occasionally. They buy things from vendors and then sell them to their customers. Such dealings can be confusing at times. Because multiple clients may inquire about the same product at the same time, after purchasing those products, customers must be assigned to them. Odoo has a tool called Reception Report that can be used to complete this assignment. By enabling this, a reception report comes automatically after confirming a receipt, from which we can assign products to orders.

- 1. Pedro Andrés Pérez Cardona aspirante AU PAIR Holanda. This is me, I’m Pedro Andres Perez Cardona and I work for an institution in Medellin City called Escuela Normal Superior Antioqueña. I have experience working at school with students of all ages and gender. The primary library school of U.P.B. was an important contact with a whole- class situation.
- 2. I took the decision of sharing time and teaching children, it means that I have a disposition of dealing with childhood and adolescence, besides adults.
- 3. I got part of my experience in the primary library at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana reading tales and stories in mother tongue and foreign language. Managing subjects related to language and pedagogy are part of my task at Escuela Normal Superior Antioqueña ENSA.
- 4. I’m a creative and flexible teacher when talking about didactics. I generate activities in order to provide guidance and opportunities to learn languages or general competences. I consider myself as a kind and cheerful person, I am friendship; also I easily gain people’s confidence for develop learning experiences.
- 5. I am very organized also I approach strategically problem in order to solve them. I’m think you may be sever but at the same time delicate when solving issues related with education.
- 6. Dealing with sadness of sickness is not a problem when you make your best and you treat people with diligence.
- 7. This is my family, some cousin I am accompanying in a sport´s event. I spend time researching about topics and strategies for teaching them rightly.
