MEXEL 432/0:
None oxidant stable emulsion, made from alkyl amines
Application principle:
1/2 hour intermittent daily injection (optimized in operation), of
a micro dose (5 mg/l) of a tensioactive emulsion, having
dispersant properties
How MEXEL 432/0 works:
MEXEL 432/0 migrates to internal surfaces within the hydraulic
system & Intake Structure forming a protective film at the
molecular level, which provides treatment and protection of the
system;
Cumulates five (5) effects:
1. Fouling control,
2. Scaling control,
3. Corrosion control,
4. Mussels “repealing” effect,
5. Fluidization and dispersion of mud

1. No chlorine discharge at cooling water circuit discharge,
2. No impact on environment, (impact studies),
3. Non toxic versus mammals, as demonstrated by numerous
specific laboratory tests performed on specific organisms:
mammals, Bacteria, algae, Crustacean, Mollusk, Fishes…
4. Biodegradable product,
5. Does not contain heavy metal nor organ halogen substances,
6. Substances used don't present any recognized carcinogenic
effect,
7. No mutagen or clastogen,
8. No endocrine perturbation, as proven by tests,
9. No action on human DNA.

1. The water cooling circuit is source of unavailability, performance
degradation and huge maintenance costs.
2. MEXEL process, which is conform to spirit of sustaining
development, has no impact on environment and offers an
alternative to usual techniques, which is technically and
financially superior.
3. MEXEL process is limited to 1/2 hour intermittent daily injection
(to be optimized in service), of a micro dose of a biodegradable
emulsion, in the range of 3 mg/l MEXEL 432 residual
concentration measured at exchangers inlet MEXEL
4. Process offers 5 benefic effects:
1. Controls micro and macro-organisms at circuit surface,
2. Mussels “repealing” effect,
