- 6. Production of custom made transporters We focus on individual non- standard projects and products design and production according to the client’s drawings. We are keen to participate as subcontractors in projects from design and development of prototypes, to mass production.

Metal processes What can we offer: • Cutting sheet metal into up to 6 mm thickness strips, we cut pipes, sections, strips up to 290 mm. • Bending metal sheets up to 10mm thickness up to 3800 mm length • Rolling sheet steel (up to 12 mm thickness and 2,000 mm width). • Stamping (using 16- 400 ton eccentric presses) • Grinding using universal machine-tools (product diameter up to 630 mm, length - up to 3,000 mm)
- 13. • CNC and universal milling and turning • Carrying out coordinate boring • Cutting using wire and the electro-erosion method • Welding MIG/MAG, TIG • Column for welding rotary base • Tube bending (diameter from 22 up to 70 mm, wall thickness – 1.5 – 4.00 mm, length - up to 6,000 mm). • Metals can be tempered and cemented.
