Mentorship requires new campus, curriculum, responsibilities, challenges, and thoughts and involves group activities, seminars, guest lectures, tests, role plays, and student-teacher interaction. Feedback should be specific, timely, meaningful, candid, goal-oriented, focus on the future, be about the process not the person, and can be both positive and
