came across your website as I was researching opportunities that would make full use of my honed skills
in addictions and mental health, disabilities and behavioral challenges. I have been involved in several
roles that have included respite care and group facilitation, demonstrating my communication skills,
dedication and keenness to collaborate in settings where mutual respect and safety enhance the overall
experience of clients. I have seen that you share my similar values and I would really like to further
augment the vision of your organization. My experience working with homeless people and diverse
community in residential setting would be an asset for this position. As a therapist in Family Enhancement
Centre and experience in Hospital setting gave strong practical knowledge in assessment, diagnosis,
treatment and evaluation of the individual, interpersonal and social issues through the use of social work
knowledge, skills, interventions and strategies to assist individuals, families, groups and communities to
help the to function positively in the counsellinge society. My experience 1:1 with addiction clients,

Having worked in the Region of Peel and Toronto area, I have built excellent travelling knowledge of

housekeeping duties, food preparation and accompanying clients on leisure activities and daily errands,

I have been involved in several roles that have included respite care and group facilitation, demonstrating my communication skills, dedication and keenness to collaborate in settings where mutual respect and safety enhance the overall experience of clients. My experience working with homeless people and diverse community in residential setting would be an asset for this position. As a therapist in Family Enhancement Centre and experience in Hospital setting gave strong practical knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of the individual, interpersonal and social issues through the use of social work knowledge, skills, interventions and strategies to assist individuals, families, groups and communities to help the to function positively in the counsellinge society. My experience 1:1 with addiction clients, experience in facilitating Anger management, relapse prevention, harm reduction group would be an asset for this position. My experience as Clinical social worker gave me ample experience in 1:1 counselling, facilitating group sessions for clients with mental health disorders, writing clinical notes, progress reports My experience in the John Howard Society gave me experience in providing assessment, planning, supportive counselling, education, advocacy, conflict resolution, community integration harm reduction, education, follow up and referrals to the clients from different cultural settings. In my roles within healthcare and community settings, I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in performing intakes and needs assessments as well as coordinating referrals, community outreach, case manageme nt, life skills training and crisis intervention. Such skills have also equipped me with the ability to provide immediate triage to clients those who experiencing mental health, addiction issues and homelessness. My array of skills also extends to treatment planning, individual and group counselling and networking, further nourishing my scope of awareness on programs and services in the community that will contribute to the welfare, health, safety and independence of various client groups. Having worked in the Region of Peel and Toronto area, I have built excellent travelling knowledge of the GTA. I am willing and capable of providing a clean, safe and accessible atmosphere through housekeeping duties, food preparation and accompanying clients on leisure activities and daily errands, including doctors’ appointments, shopping and clothes laundering.
