● This mosque is located in Smara, a province in the Western Sahara.

3. When was built and how?
● This building was built in 1899 by Chej Mel-Ainin.
● It took 5 years to built the mosque because it was built of rock.

4. What was used for?
● It was a normal mosque for muslims to pray.
● There also was inside it the biggest library of all Sahara.
● Now a days is a historical monument for Sahara.
