Beetronics is a startup retail store based in Sugar Land,
Texas. It provides affordable and diverse convenience
goods to people. Its goal is to earn a healthy profit margin
for 2040, and it also wants to provide a great variety of
budget-friendly merchandise.
About Us
A lot of low-income people in Sugar Land are looking for
quality convenience products that will fit their budget. They
want to buy from a customer-friendly store that offers a
range of goods that they need.
Problem
The target market will be low-income families and individuals living in
Sugar Land. These people include students, elderly, single parents, and
other low-income people who want to save money in purchasing
convenience goods. The projected market size is $1.4 M.
Opportunities
Beetronics offers a range of convenience goods such as cleaning
products, bread, hygiene products, magazines, sugar, and others from
manufacturers like Canics Inc., Enigmotors, and Slickorps. The store will
sell the products at lower prices through the use of bundle pricing and
psychological pricing.
Solution
Beetronics has two main competitors. These competitors are Champion
Store and Granite Limited, whose stores are located at Sugar Land. First,
Champion Store has been in the market for more than ten years, so many
consumers know and trust it. Second, Granite Limited has a wide variety
of retail products, and consumers have a lot to choose from.
Competition
We have two competitors, namely, Heart Foods Inc. and Dwarfworld
Meals. Heart Foods provides healthy meals on their menus and is
using a mobile app to connect with their customers. On the other
hand, Dwarfworld Meals is known to be the fastest restaurant to
