1. Meeting Act EUtopia Warsaw 1/03/2016
1. It was decided that in the next meeting (Barcelona April 2016) we will
agree on the possibility of carrying out or not the Turkish meeting.
2. Before each meeting it is very important that the organizing country
sends in time the list of students, that is, the couples of students that the
organizer has decided. It is very important, as well, to send the activity
schedule or program to the teachers and to the students.
3. Regarding to the evaluation, each country must complete the 3
application form (before, during and after the meeting) sent by the
Italian team.
4. The Spanish team will do the private Facebook group in order to keep in
touch the European participants (teachers and students).
5. The Spanish team will send you the model of wordpress blog so that
every country does its own blog about the project.

6. After every meeting.
- Each country must complete the application forms.
- Each country has to send to both (the Greek team and the general
Spanish coordinator a pdf (2-4 pages) about the topic of the meeting
with the conclusions in order to do the final e-book.
- Each country has to collect or to send to the Spanish coordinator all
the presentations and the videos about the topic of the meetings.
- Only the organizing country has to make a video (maximum 10
minutes in .avi, .mp4, etc) summing up the topic of the meeting
(collection of the photos, video interviews, etc)
