2. The product:
The application is to help the youths who are on medication
track there drugs effectively. It mainly focuses on HIV
treatment antiretroviral therapy (ART).
The Application majorly targets the youths who find it hard
to track there medication.
It also helps track excersice and Diat according to the
prescrition.

progress and improve in adherence.

information incase of any question.

6. User research: summary
Mombasa a city in Kenya consistency and adherence to medication especially HIV medication has
been a problem. Medical tracking apps That exist have made not made it easy for patients to
adhere to medication. I had an in-depth interview with the target user from the area and my
assumption that was they don’t really care about using the current application was wrong.
After conducting an in-depth research to understand what could be the problem user had a lot of
issues with the existing application, it was hard to navigate, there were no icons that could lead an
illiterate person, the applications did not give room for feedback and questions this changed my
assumption,
