Job search is a indian based onlne job portal
which focuses on helping job seekers to connect
and grow together with minimum skills required.

3. The problem:
The Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy's monthly time
series data revealed that the overall unemployment rate in
India is 7.6 per cent in March 2022. The major causes of
unemployment in India is Lack of vocational skills. Job
Search here helps candidates find ideal jobs and also
suggests proper courses to upskill and get superior jobs.

The goal:
Design an App that will improve the chance for job applying
candidates to get a job or get upskilled to match the profile
and do get a chance to shine.
4. My role:
UX designer leading the app and responsive website design
from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframes , low
and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usabilty studies,
accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, detemining
information architecture, and responsive design.
6. User research: summary
I used data gathered from the internet to develop questions, which were then used to conduct user interviews. Most interview
participants reported feeling badly about not getting jobs which promises their future or help them move to the next stage.
The feedback received through research made it very clear that users would be open and willing get upskilled and find a job
that suits them the most and if they had access to an easy-to-use guide it could help them set their job and help them build
their future.

An audit of a few competitor’
products provided direction on
gaps and oppurtunities to address
with the Job Search app.

12. Digital wireframes
After ideating and drafting some
paper wireframes, i created the
primary designs for the Job search
app. These designs concentrated
on giving personalized guidance
to users to help gaining upskills
and an appropriate job

25. Takeaways
Impact:
Users shared that the Job Search app not only
provided information on job but also the
guidance toward the skill on excellence to be
fit and upskilled to each and every user.
What I learned:
Going through each step in the process, i
learnt that this has helped me to comeup with
equitable and useful solution to the users
