5. I'm not a fan of the metal or Scremo genre and I found the band did not particularly appeal to me however while at the gig I noticed that their was a lively atmosphere with mosh pits breaking out across the Venue. I also found the chorus of the song enjoyable and I like how they get the vocals from a female singer making them different from a lot of other bands in this genre. If I where to do a video on this genre I would probably have to film a gig in progress and try to capture the atmosphere which the band brings out in a live performance. However due to the lack of Lyrics in the song you can take some liberties creating a video which stands out and is not held back by the lyrics creating a scene.
6. Genre – Punk / rock Been around for – 3 years Target Audience - Anyone who is willing to listen Similar to – Greenday, Blink 182 Where they play – Currently on a break but are now looking for gigs across the north east, Have made regular appearances In the 02 academy and many bars and clubs . Songs – Have released several EP’s featuring songs like Simon ( a song dedicated to a goldfish) and Get hot then we’ll talk.
8. Castro are an entertaining band writing less serious songs to perform on stage. Their 02 gigs where always Packed and their merchandise stood out as they used a range of cartoon drawings to attract attention placing them on t-shirts and CD’s. If I where to use one of their songs I believe I would have to film something fun and quirky to go alongside the lyrics.

10. We beat the system is a band that has only been brought to my attention recently. They have achieved a lot for a band, coming second in the live and unsigned competition in Newcastle, this shows in their work and their song French Regime which sounds professionally made and is both catchy and lively. If I where to do a video for their song I would create a constructed routine similar to that of Ok Go’s video here it go’s But filming it in multiple location. One of these would be to have the people in my video disappear into the tree’s and appear out of another set, a better example of describing this may be to think of the Scooby doo door chance scenes with them entering one door and leaving through a completely different one.
