WHAT ITS ABOUT
 A new policeman has been recruited into the force. His first case
is a drug deal which ends up in him chasing the dealer.
 But he does not handle this in the best way. The comedy of the
films intro comes into it at this stage.
 The opening sequence relates to the rest of the film in the way
that the officer slips up in many different ways throughout the
intro.
