The document analyzes two music videos and their lyrics:
1) "Praise You" by Fatboy Slim - The video does not match or extend the romantic lyrics, instead showing people dancing in an unusual location.
2) "Knock You Down" by Keri Hilson - The video literally depicts the lyrics, showing what is described when those words are sung.
Overall the document agrees that music videos can extend lyrics, but some more memorable videos diverge creatively from the words in ways that make them stand out and popular. So the quote is accurate to an extent but not a complete rule.
Big Data & Security Have Collided - What Are You Going to do About It?EMC
Big data has recently begun to impact enterprise security organizations. How can organizations use the flood of security-relevant data to improve overall security? How can organizations actually secure the big data systems themselves? This session discusses the opportunity for big data to improve security and reduce risk, focusing especially on the critical role of security strategy and management.
Objective 1: Identify the key current challenges of security and why improved security requires big data tools and techniques.
After this session you will be able to:
Objective 2: Describe strategies for using big data tools and techniques to improve security, in particular monitoring and analysis.
Objective 3: Identify best practices and technologies that can be used to secure big data systems themselves.

2. “we’ve come a long long way “I have to celebrate you baby, I
together, through the hard times and have to praise you like I should”
the good”
“we’ve come a long long way together,
“I have to praise you” through the hard times and the good”
3. Fatboy Slim – Praise You
The lyrics have no connection to the actions taking place in the video, this contradicts
the quote from Andrew Goodwin. The whole video is of people dancing in a
group, there is also an audience around them. However, they are in a unusual location.
Weve come a long long way together,
Through the hard times and the good, Looking at the lyrics, to the left, you
I have have to celebrate you baby, expect a couple to be on screen.
I have to praise you like I should Possibly on a date or doing something
together, showing their relationship.
Weve come a long long way together, However the video is completely
Through the hard times and the good, different. There is never a moment
I have have to celebrate you baby, where there is only two people on
I have to praise you like I should screen and is just people dancing
rather than two people being in
I have to praise you love, which you would expect.
I have to praise you
I have to praise you
I have to praise you like I should...
4. “so, what we ‘gonna have? Dessert or disaster” “and you came in and knocked me on my face”
As he says ‘disaster’, he puts Touches her
his hand sideways across his face...
neck and you see a girl
falling.
“sometimes love comes “tell me now can you it make past your caspers
around, and it knocks you So we could finally fly off into NASA”
down”
You see that he
begins to fall. You see a picture
alongside him of a
rocket taking off as he
says ‘finally fly off.’
5. Keri Hilson – Knock You Down
The video is a literal interpretation of the lyrics, the lyrics you hear is what you will
see on screen or something that represents this. For example, as they say ‘knock you
down’ you see someone falling on screen.
6. After analysing two music videos, I agree with the
statement that ‘music videos are simply an extension
of the lyrics’ to an extent. However, some music
videos do break down the boundaries and do not
make sense when you compare the lyrics to the
video, but people like this. It can make a music video
memorable and in some cases legendary such as, I
Want To Break Free – Queen. But there are music
videos that do support and agree with this statement
and these are just as successful. Therefore I agree
with this statement but not entirely.
