To convert movie files to QuickTime format for use in Adobe Premiere Pro, follow these steps: 1) Open Adobe Media Encoder and add all movie clips from the folder. 2) Change the format of all clips from movie to QuickTime by selecting it from the format drop down menu. 3) Once all clips have been converted to QuickTime, start the queue to process the files and save them back in the original folder for importing into Premiere Pro.

1. Two: Converting images for Premier Pro
In order for your HD clips to work in Premier pro you will need to
convert the footage form movie files to QuickTime
Step 1: Open Adobe Media encoder
Step 2: Click on the ‘ADD’ button and navigate to your folder –
highlight all clips and entre
Step 3: Once al clips have been added you need to change the
footage from movie clip to QT
Under the format column, you will see drop down menus – click the
arrow and press QuickTime (all clips should then automatically
change – if they don’t you have to manually change them all)
Step 4:Once all clips
have been changed to
QuickTime press start

All clips will appear in your original folder as QuickTime
