The media center provides resources like Apple TV, iPads, and Kindle ereaders to support classroom programs and instruction. It was recently expanded and remodeled to accommodate multiple classes and create a welcoming atmosphere. Additional WiFi access throughout the school and ongoing funding is still needed to maintain the technology and resources required by the standards.

• Apple TV and two iPads in the media center provide Skyping and other applications
for entire classes
• 8 Kindle Touch ereaders are available for checkout, allowing for increased font size
and audio books
• Purchase media center resources that support the curriculum being taught in the
classroom
• Media Center was expanded and remodeled Summer 2012 to accommodate
multiple classes during a single period and to provide a more attractive and
welcoming atmosphere for students and faculty
