Math 2 teachers are writing new books for the Common Core Georgia Performance Standards (CCGPS) that will be implemented next year, changing the course name to Analytic Geometry. They currently have common lessons and assessments. Math 3 teachers are collaborating on standards and assessments, and will write new CCGPS books this spring, changing the name to Advanced Algebra. Math 4 teachers collaborate on standards and have common lessons and assessments, while other math courses are solo taught.

1. MATH
• Math 2 teachers are collaboratively writing
new books for the CCGPS standards that will be
implemented next school year. The title of
Math 2 will then change to Analytic
Geometry. They currently have common
lessons and common assessments for Math 2.
• Math 3 teachers are collaborating on
every GPS standard and working towards
common assessments. They will be
collaboratively writing new books this spring for
the CCGPS standards that will be implemented
in 2014-2015. The title of Math 3 will then
change to Advanced Algebra.
• Math 4 teachers are collaborating on every GPS standard and have common lessons
and assessments.
All other math courses are taught by only one person.
